Built in 1994, Perma Colour Inc. was originally a manufacturer of only silk screen based inks. As a small start-up company, we only had second-hand  roller mills and  a single mixer for our production process. But now, from our humble beginnings, the company has now evolved into a well-established ink manufacturer in the Philippines, not only for silkscreen but also other types of solvent inks.
